Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy
Cues and Shoes (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website (cuesandshoes.store) that are reported to our designated DMCA Agent.

2. Submitting a DMCA Notice

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will take appropriate actions, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the user who posted the material, allowing them to file a counter-notification.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent. The counter-notification must include:

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a court order against you.
4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
