Refund and Returns Policy

At Cues and Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:

Email us at contact@cuesandshoes.store with your order number and reason for the return.

Our customer service team will provide return instructions and a return address.

Carefully pack the item and ship it back to us.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

Notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Please note:
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
4. Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or style?
We are happy to help with an exchange, subject to product availability.
To request an exchange, please contact us first at contact@cuesandshoes.store before returning your item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Please include photos of the issue when contacting us to expedite the process.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be exempt from being returned:

Clearance or Final Sale items

Customized or personalized items
These items are clearly marked at the time of purchase and are not eligible for return or refund.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First check your bank account or credit card statement.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
